By accessing and using our website (tmnglobalexim.com) and inquiring about our spice export services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Export & Trade Specifications

We operate under merchant exporting licenses issued by the government of India and are Spices Board certified. All contracts, specifications, and shipping details are governed by:

• Official moisture limits (maximum 12% for green cardamom; 11.5% for Malabar black pepper).
• Standard sieve grading processes (Bold, Super Bold, Medium Bold) and density audits.
• Standard packaging specifications (vacuum bags, jute bags, private labels) confirmed prior to invoice booking.

3. Payment & Commercial Terms

Quotes are provided on FOB, CFR, or CIF bases depending on the target port of discharge. Specific payment terms, including Letter of Credit (L/C) parameters or advance telegraphic transfers (T/T), are structured on a case-by-case basis as detailed in the Proforma Invoice.

4. Compliance & Certifications

We warrant that all products leave Indian ports with phytosanitary clearance, Spices Board registration certificates, and origin compliance. Local import custom clearances, duty adjustments, and specific landing taxes at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
